Photoshop Mobile
Photoshop Mobile on the Droid is a powerful photo editing and image manipulation tool that brings some of the desktop app’s features to your Verizon smartphone. This is an official app from Adobe Systems. You can do most of the basic editing stuff such as cropping, rotating, and flipping. In addition, saturation and tint levels are adjusted by swiping the finger across an image. It also acts as a reasonably functional photo library and can work as your default picture manager.

Unfortunately, it does appear to be a little heavy on battery usage – so use carefully and make sure the app is closed completely once you’re done with it. Staying open in the background will have quite an impact on your battery life. The interface is quite polished and the functions are very fine-grained, allowing detailed manipulation if needed. However, the number of features are a little limited now, but should be expected to go up with updates.
