Ringroid
With Ringroid you can edit mp3 and wav files to create ringtones, alarms, and notifications with them. You can customize most of your Droid’s sounds with your favorite audio tracks by using Ringroid. The app presents a list of all audio files on your Droid. By selecting one, you enter the editing window, where you can drag sliders around and preview your masterpiece. You can rewind, skip forward, and play your tone as you edit it in real-time.

You can use the controls to zoom in and out of various parts of the track as you edit. You save your edited sounds by tapping the “save” icon, represented by a floppy disk image. The app also lets you record sounds with a built-in audio recorder. You can even save all your edits to the SD card . It comes with a few neat tricks that make it dead simple to edit audio. As you play the song, simply tapping “Start” and “End” at the opportune moments will automatically create the clipped sound-bite for you. An interesting app that lets you make your Droid your own.
