Ustream Viewer
Ustream Viewer is a streaming video application on the Droid that lets you watch videos from the ustream.com video service. The app is completely free, as is the ustream.com service. These are live video streams, often of sports games and other live events. In that sense, the ustream.com service is markedly different from other similar video streaming websites such as YouTube. You can find football, basketball, baseball, and many other sports being streamed live.
Live webcams are another class of streaming videos on the service. You can also see previously recorded videos (these are ones which were once streamed live). Streaming quality on the app itself is very good but the service has many streams that are of low quality. Any given stream can be hit or miss, but there are usually many high-quality ones for any class of videos. The interface is quite straightforward and easy-to-use. Overall, this is an excellent app to see live video streams of events, sports, and web cams on your Droid.
